Any good books on ADO.NET out there? Please let me know. Thanks.

Books are great, but I honestly think MSDN may be your best resource:
- All ADO.NET topics
- Connecting and Retrieving data
- Introduction to in-memory data structures (DataSets, DataTables, DataViews)
- Library docs
You could find a well-reviewed book on Amazon but it's just going to present the MSDN documentation in a different format.

The ADO.NET Core Reference by David Sceppa was my introduction to .NET in general. It's really well written and covers all the major data-access parts of the framework.
pezi_pink_squirrel : ++ - this and it's counterpart, the advanced topics, are your ultimate ADO.NET reference. Highly reccomend.
